The Riad — Courtyard

The Riad

Each Room has its Charm

Each has its own proportions, character and outlook, while remaining rooted in the same understated Moroccan aesthetic — tadelakt plaster, hand-laid zellige, cedar joinery and antique textiles collected over decades.

All rooms are available exclusively as part of a full estate booking. The house is yours entirely.

Spaces Made
for Living

The Riad is not just four bedrooms. It is a full residence — a sequence of living rooms, gathering spaces and two separate rooftop terraces, each with a different character and rhythm.

Riad Mayo
01
Reading Room

A quiet room for reading, unwinding and slower moments inside the house. Shelves, natural light and a considered calm — a place to retreat without leaving the Riad.

02
Chimney Room

A warm communal room centred around the fireplace, intended for relaxed evenings and gathering. The natural anchor for colder nights or slow afternoons spent inside.

03
Reception Room

The main welcoming and social space of the Riad — generous in proportion and open in feeling. Where arrivals happen, meals begin and evenings unfold.

04
Sun Terrace

An open rooftop terrace given over to sun and sky. The place for morning coffee, afternoon lounging and uninterrupted views across the estate grounds.

05
360° Pergola
Terrace

A separate elevated terrace covered by a pergola, with panoramic views wrapping around the Riad and across the surrounding landscape. Distinct from the Sun Terrace in both position and atmosphere.
